Im Dezember 2008 übernahmen die Jiangsu Aoshen-Gruppe, Nanjing FENTE, Shanghai Weibei und China Fibre Chuang gemeinsam Anteile und gründeten Lianyungang SHENTE High--Materialien Co., Ltd. mit einem eingetragenen Kapital von 35 Millionen Yuan und einer Jahresproduktion von 150 Tonnen ultra-Polyethylenfasern mit hohem Molekulargewicht.
Im Februar 2012 investierte Lianyungang Runcaichuang 3 Millionen Yuan in Aktien, und das eingetragene Kapital des Unternehmens stieg auf 38 Millionen Yuan.

Im März 2015 wurde die Jiangsu Aoshen-Gruppe in die neu gegründete Lianyungang Industrial Investment Group eingegliedert.
